Who Am I?
Who Am I?
For many years, I have been supporting people in holistically improving their well-being. I work with a professionally and scientifically sound concept that has been used successfully worldwide. One of the most famous examples of this is the Blue Zones longevity study in Loma Linda.
After many years of working in conventional medicine as a certified health and medical nurse, she learned about the holistic NEWSTARTplus principles and sound health literature during a nine-month advanced training course. This experience led to the decision to become self-employed and work in direct sales.
For over 8 years, she has been accompanying companies in holistic health promotion—with lectures and practical specialist literature. Her focal points are the NEWSTARTplus principles, arteriosclerosis, hyperacidity, the immune system, osteoarthritis, and stress management.
What My Customers Say
"I suffered a severe case of conjunctivitis, and my daughter showed me the books and helped me apply [the remedies]. I let it work overnight, and the next morning it was completely gone. It saved me time and effort."
– Lucy Q., Vienna
"I had high blood pressure and applied what was recommended in the medical literature. Within 15–20 minutes, my blood pressure dropped enormously, and I was shown what the actual cause of my high blood pressure is."
– Rogerio C., Vienna
"During COVID, I suffered from severe bronchitis and was unable to go to the doctor due to my situation. I reached for the books and used home remedies that I had at home. With the correct and targeted guidance, my cough was completely gone after three days. I am so grateful." – Carla Q., Vienna

"I struggled for several weeks with severe gastrointestinal colic, diarrhea, and severe stomach pain. Despite numerous doctor visits, no one could help me until I used the books. Within just a few days of practical application, the problem was solved. I was so grateful—it saved my job, as I frequently had to go on sick leave and was even planning to quit because of my health situation. Thank you very much for the incredible specialist literature that helped me in my daily life."
– Bettina S., Vienna
"I came to this program with very high expectations and even these were greatly exceeded. The daily routine consisted of a basic program for all participants, but due to the diverse activities, it felt like a personal plan just for me."
– Renate M., 2025, Carinthia
